Bryan's practice includes patent preparation and prosecution, patent landscape analyses, patentability analyses, freedom-to-operate evaluations, and validity and infringement opinions.  He is a registered patent attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and has more than 24 years of experience representing clients ranging from individual inventors and startup companies to Fortune 100 technology companies.

Prior to entering the legal profession, Bryan worked as an electrical engineer for Texas Instruments, where he designed application-specific RF and microwave (MW) integrated circuits for telecommunications and radar applications.

During law school, Bryan served as President of the University of Houston Intellectual Property Student Organization.  During his undergraduate studies, Bryan served as President of the Tau Beta Pi Engineering National Honor Society and as Vice President of the Eta Kappa Nu Electrical Engineering National Honor Society.
